Refunds and Returns Policy

Need to return? We understand. We want you to love your purchases, but we get it – sometimes things don’t quite slide into place. Don’t worry, we’re here to make it right! Here’s the scoop on our Returns and Refunds Policy:

1. Returns

1.1 Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If you’re not sliding with joy, we’ll gladly take it back.

1.2 Return Condition: Please make sure your item is in its original, unworn, and tag-hanging state. We love the sweaty vibe, but we can’t accept returns for items that have been played in.

1.3 Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure to include this with your returned item.

1.4 Custom Gear: Some items are just too unique to return, like personalized gear or items with custom designs, names and numbers. We don’t accept returns on personalized gear.

2. Refunds

2.1 How it works: Once we receive your returned item and it passes our slide inspection, we’ll process the refund. Expect your refund in the same way you paid.

2.2 SlideFirePro Credits: We also offer SlideFirePro store credit as an alternative to a refund.
